Liability for contents
As service provider for internet services we are responsible for all own contents according to the common law according to § 7 Abs.1 TMD. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not responsible for saved or displayed information that was created or published by other parties. We are also not obliged to investigate circumstances or liable for facts that indicate illegal practices as long as it refers to contents that were not created by us. Obligation to remove or barring of the use of illegal contents according to common law is not affected. A liability for the described contents can possibly start after the point in time where we have been informed of a concrete breach of law. As soon as we are informed of such incident, the concerning contents will be deleted from this website immediately.
